Arrive by 8:30 AM – Play starts at 9:00 AM whether you’re there or not, so don’t be late.

If you sign up, show up. Put it on your calendar, and commit.

Note #1: The $75 entry fee covers court time, shirts/tanks, trophies & medals, and a new can of balls for each match.

Note #2: If we have to cancel for weather (fingers crossed: we’ve been delayed, but never cancelled), you’ll still get your shirt/tank, but that’s as generous as the refund program gets.

Note #3: If the main draw is sold out, you’ll still be able to register for the BOD waitlist (assuming the waitlist isn’t also sold out). If you sign up for the waitlist, you’ll automatically get into the main draw if somebody in the main draw cancels. Spots will be filled according to your position on the waitlist: first to register gets the first spot, second to register gets the second spot, and so on. If you sign up for the waitlist but don’t make it into the tournament, I’ll refund your money, so there’s no risk to you.
